WHAT IS THE SEMINAR’S DURATION?

The VIP Flight Attendant Seminar is a 5 day program and we generally start at 09:00 and finish around 18:00.

WHERE IS THE SEMINAR HELD?

We use our own venue for the seminars, The Vip Excellence Career Center, downtown Athens. For seminars held out of Athens, the venue will be communicated to all participants at least 10 days in advance.

ARE THERE AGE LIMITS FOR THE SEMINARS?

Participants can attend the seminars from 18 years of age.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We kindly request that you wear smart attire during the VIP Flight Attendant seminar. like you are attending an interview. Business dress for all days. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Your ID to validate your presence in the seminars, an updated copy of your CV and  one recent photo (passport size). Like that, we can file your data together with the digital form of your CV.

 

WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE AT THE VENUE?

We encourage you to be at the venue 15 minutes before the seminar starts.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SEMINAR?

You can use our online payment system, where all credit and debit cards are accepted and the bank deposit option is also available.



DO I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE AFTER COMPLETING THE SEMINAR?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the seminar, listing the date, location as well as all the topics covered.

 

IS COFFEE OR LUNCH PROVIDED?

Yes, one lunch and two coffee breaks are provided during the VIP Flight Attendant Seminars. For all other events/ seminars, the coffee/lunch breaks depend on the duration of the courses.

IS HOTEL ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED?

Hotel accommodation is not provided and all participants should provide their own accommodation and travel to and from the Career Center. However, we will be more than happy to find affordable hotels in Athens.

WILL THIS SEMINAR GUARANTEE A JOB FOR ME?

Attending our seminars will not guarantee a job for you, however we will give you the best chance possible for finding a good position in aviation. We will share our great knowledge and our hands on experience with you and your portfolio will be presented to many VIP operators around the world. Our Recruitment process will help you gain an access into that industry and together we will build your career.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE SEMINAR?

There is an extremely high level of organisation and preparation for each of our seminars, mainly because we do have expert and customer service professionals working with us on this project. Having said that, if you have paid for the seminar but you can no longer attend, we will give you priority reserving a seat for you in any of our ongoing seminars, during the next 6 months. If you wish to cancel your attendance and you would like a money refund, kindly check our Terms & Conditions.
